Overview
The Emory University Staff Council is an advisory body authorized by the President of the University to represent and elevate staff perspectives across the Emory community. The Council serves as a forum for open dialogue, thoughtful discussion, and engagement around policies, practices, and programs that impact the staff work experience.
Through collaboration, transparency, and responsible participation in University governance, Staff Council works to strengthen communication between staff, University leadership, and governance partners. Our goal is to ensure that staff voices are heard, valued, and thoughtfully considered in decision‑making that shapes Emory’s future.
